We are now approaching a fantastic opening in the parallel of life where we as an awakened humanity can change the script, change the written agenda and free ourselves from a life where we live only a small percentage of our potential and possibility. We have the choice to decide our future from the perspective of ‘Love’. What would ‘love’ do? What would you do once you understand the truth and walk in the vibration of ‘love’ as opposed to following a set of rules, based on societys mindset of fear and survival? We can now raise our vibration to meet the vibration that already exists around us – the vibration of ‘Truth’ and ‘Love’.
The ‘beginning’ rests with every individual gaining clarity and perspective over their own thoughts. That is to say, although people can have your best interests at heart, their lack of knowledge and understanding may keep you entrapped and blinded in a world breaking the ‘human spirit’. To blindly follow a narrative where it is clear that your own livelyhood and happiness as well as others are threatened and compromised is ‘to become your own enemy’ Every day YOU can make a choice between ‘actions’ and ‘opinions’ voiced on ‘Truth’ or ‘Fear’.

Recipe of the month: Keeping it the Vegan Way: Try a energising and immune building smoothie
Two carrots, peeled and chopped One apple, peeled and chopped Hand full of Kale Half a lemon, squeezed 5 leaves of mint 5 leaves of basil Tea spoon of ginger ( ground or chopped ) Dash of Organic Maple syrup ( Optional )
Throw everything in a smoothie or Juicy maker and enjoy!!
Change Fear to Love:
For this month become a master of your thoughts. Promise yourself this: ” I will only entertain the thoughts that empower me” Then have a go at this exercise: Throughout the next few days, catch your thoughts of ‘Fear’ and write them down. ( You’l need a paper and pen at hand or jot them down on your phone ) Aim to get at least five subconscious affirmations down in writing, e.g,
I’m feeling worse I’m tired I’m scared….. It never works out I just don’t have the time
and now turn them around;
I am getting better everyday I am so grateful for a perfect night sleep I feel good I am capable of handling anything Everything works out just the way it should I have all the time i need and more
Write as many as you need and start affirming!

We are all now faced with two choices, do we choose Fear or Love? Do we choose the conditioned programming of many generations before us or do we open up to a new perspective? Do we make our choices based on fear of losing or do we move forward with trust and contentment. Do we accept, we are all that is, God consciousness and we can have anything we perceive? Do we give away our power to an outside force, a cabal that orchestrates our belief system, perception and outcome or do we take back our power? Do we step back and acknowledge that when we play a game with a force, way ahead of us in terms of knowing the workings of this Universe, we will only lose? To live by their rules will always keep us in servitude, powerless and dependant for the rest of our living years. Its time to take back our power, recognise who we really are and understand we are the co-creators, we make our rules,
WE MAKE OUR DESTINY!
The space in between the thoughts, programmed perceptions and beliefs are so important right now. Meditation will raise the vibrations into a space of ease and peace and away from the Fear that is bombarding us daily. Once you enter the higher vibration of Love, you begin to see, hear and feel from that perspective and realise the truth. Know how safe you are and how in control you are of everything that is happening to you!

Recipe of the month: Keeping it the Vegan Way: Vegan fudge bites / Vegan basin barfi
I and half cup Gram flour 3 tbs Coconut sugar 4 tbs Coconut Butter Coconut Milk/Vegan Milk 1 tsp Ground Cardamon Maple Syrup ( optional )
Fry the gram flour with butter until Brown. Add Sugar and mix. Leave for 5 minutes. Add Vegan Milk, maple syrup, stir until thick. Press down in a greased dish. Once cool, place in the fridge. Once hardened, cut into bite size pieces.
Choosing Love not fear Exercise:
Try this for the month of August: When ever you are faced with a choice, what ever it may be, be aware of your first reaction, then be aware of your second reaction. Did you go with the first or second? Spend a couple minutes at the start of your day with your hands on your heart taking 3 deep long breaths and repeat ” I am Safe. I am guided. Heart, guide me now, to where i need to be, whom i need to be with and what i need to do. Thankyou.” Throughout your day, when choices arise be aware of your first reaction, does it come from a place of Love, the hearts knowing or does it come from a place of fear, the logical mind living by linear time and a programmed perception. Try it out!

We are all seeing a major shift in ‘being’, in vibrations and a shift in humanity right now. Even if its just focusing on the reality, that so many are conditioning themselves to a ‘new normal’ and a ‘new way of working’ and so on. Its great to be able to adapt to life and be connected to the vibrational flow of the Universe, but are you really connected to your unique flow or are you trying to live someones else’s life, by desperately trying to make it your own? Do you believe ‘if it worked for them, it will work for me’? Time to find your true path, your true self and your true aura. Only when you walk truthfully on your unique path can you achieve what has already been written for you.g
What we need to understand is, we are all living life from our unique perspectives. Our path has not been trodden by another, only we can be true aspects of ourselves and shine through the crowd. Imitating someone else and taking from another will not automatically put you on the same vibrational path as them. In fact it will drop you to the lower vibration of self. Only when you are real to who you are and connect with why you are here and with that, which only you can give to the world, you can align on your true life purpose.

Carrot Fritters
2 large carrots optional: grated ginger A small grated red onion pinch of cumin, salt, pepper and paprika Mix and press down Fry in shallow or deep fry until golden.
Connecting to your unique path Exercise:
Sit comfortably, grounded and in a quite space. Take a few deep breaths whilst putting your fingers on your heart. Feel the safe, connected feeling and repeat to your self ‘ I am safe’ ‘My family is safe’ and if you have pets you can also repeat ‘my pets our safe’. Now speak to your heart by saying: “Show me who i need to be today. Lead me to my truth” Take a few more deep breaths and feel your heart resonating to a higher vibration. You may see images, hear words, or get feelings within you. After sitting for a few more breaths slowly come out of the exercise.
